Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Returns for Digital Products
Once access to digital content is provided, the right of withdrawal is void in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulation.
By accessing the digital content, the user acknowledges and agrees to waive their right of withdrawal.
Therefore, no refunds will be issued for downloadable files or video content.
2. Services and Trainings
Live or one-on-one services and trainings cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have started or been completed.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund.
In all cases, a non-refundable service fee of €5 will be deducted.
Cancellation requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time are not valid and will not be refunded.
3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns for Physical Products
Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date of a physical product.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product price will be refunded within 7 business days.
The €15 shipping fee is non-refundable if the shipment has already been completed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If the customer notices any damage or defect upon delivery, they must contact us within 3 days and provide documentation of the issue.
After evaluation, if the claim is accepted, the product will either be replaced free of charge or refunded.
5. General Terms
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
In case of partial returns, only the price of the returned item will be refunded; this may vary for bundled purchases.
Return and refund procedures are conducted in accordance with German laws on distance sales and consumer rights.
