The Emotional Roots of Illness (Therapeutic Perspective on Psychosomatics)
Current Training: October 3 – October 31, 2025

This training explores in depth the chronic emotional origins of psychosomatic symptoms. From a Jungian perspective, it examines how repressed emotions, unresolved conflicts, and unconscious dynamics manifest as physical symptoms. The program is structured around real clinical case analyses, theoretical input, and interactive discussions.

Learning Objectives:
-
Relating psychosomatic symptoms to psychological and emotional processes
-
Understanding bodily complaints as “messages of the psyche”
-
Considering the body’s signals within therapeutic work
-
Developing interventions that support clients’ mind–body integration

Participant Profile:
Psychotherapists, psychiatrists, physicians working with psychosomatic cases, and professionals in holistic medicine and healthcare.
Professional Benefits for Participants:
Therapists gain the ability to approach clients’ bodily complaints not merely as superficial symptoms but as forms of psychic expression. This allows the therapeutic process to deepen not only on a mental level but also on a psychosomatic dimension.
